Bonnie Altman

Senior Loan Officer

Role at CADDA: I oversee lending opportunities in the region, focusing on the needs of small  businesses.  Marketing loan products offered through EDA, SBA, and USDA while educating regional lenders and support teams on the benefits of each product, I manage the borrower’s expectations of the process and end result.  I work closely with prospective borrowers to ensure quality customer service in meeting their small business financing needs.

Experience: I started my career with CADDA in 1991 after graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance/Bank Management.  During my time with CADDA, I have furthered my education becoming a certified Economic Development Lender. After leaving CADDA in 1997 to obtain experience in Retail Lending, Mortgage Lending, and Conventional Commercial Lending, I returned to CADDA in 2017 ready to assist small business owners with achieving their dreams.

What I like best about working at CADDA: Throughout my career and life, it has been important for me to help those in need.  At CADDA, I found a niche where I can use my background and experience to assist small businesses in achieving dreams not easily reached through conventional sources.

Fun fact: Bonnie and her family enjoy traveling, finding that new fishing hole, and experiencing what small businesses across the country have to offer.
