SAVANNAH, GA – The Coastal Area District Development Authority (CADDA), a nonprofit business lender based in Savannah and Brunswick, is proud to announce that two members of its team have been accepted into prestigious regional leadership programs designed to cultivate emerging leaders and strengthen local communities.
Amy Anderson, CADDA Finance and Administrative Specialist, was accepted into the 2025–2026 Leadership Glynn program, coordinated by the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce. Kelly Godfrey, CADDA Loan Officer, was selected for the 2026 Leadership Bryan class, organized by the Bryan County Chamber of Commerce.
Both programs bring together professionals who demonstrate strong leadership skills and are committed to community service. Their selection underscores CADDA’s commitment to investing in its team’s professional development, so they can excel in advancing the organization’s mission of driving economic growth across the region.
“We’re incredibly proud of Amy and Kelly’s selection for these competitive programs,” said Terry Louk, CADDA Chief Executive Officer. “Their participation showcases how CADDA’s employees continue to lead by example, contributing their skills and perspectives to broader community initiatives that align with our community development goals.”
The Leadership Glynn program kicked off with a leadership retreat in October 2025 and continues with monthly sessions through May 2026 that immerses participants in a range of community and leadership topics. The 43 class members will explore the unique character of the region, examining issues and diverse viewpoints on topics that influence the economy. The program also features a trip to the State Capitol, offering participants a unique insight into state government and policymaking.
The Leadership Bryan program, which runs from January through June 2026, offers a series of monthly sessions exploring leadership, education, history, government and the military. There will also be an enhanced emphasis on industry and economic development, giving participants deeper insight into the major industries, employers and economic drivers shaping the region.
Through these programs, both Amy and Kelly will have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their community connections and bring back valuable insights to further CADDA’s efforts of supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout the region.
