BRUNSWICK, Ga. – The Coastal Area District Development Authority, Inc. (CADDA) is pleased to announce that Amy Anderson has successfully completed the Leadership Glynn Program, a community leadership development initiative designed to educate, connect, and prepare leaders to serve Glynn County and the surrounding region.

Leadership Glynn provides participants with a deeper understanding of the community, including local government, economic development, education, public safety, healthcare, nonprofit service, and other key sectors that contribute to the region’s long-term growth and quality of life. Through the program, participants build relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and gain valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing the Golden Isles.

“Amy’s completion of Leadership Glynn reflects her commitment to professional growth, community engagement, and CADDA’s mission of supporting small businesses and economic development,” said Terrence Louk, CEO of CADDA. “The knowledge and connections gained through this program will further strengthen CADDA’s ability to serve our partners, borrowers, and communities.”

As an EDA, SBA lender and Certified Development Company, CADDA works to expand access to capital for small businesses and support economic growth throughout Georgia and portions of North Florida. Participation in programs like Leadership Glynn helps CADDA remain connected to the communities it serves while investing in the continued development of its team.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in Leadership Glynn,” said Amy Anderson. “The program provided a valuable look at the people, organizations, and partnerships that help move our community forward. I look forward to applying what I learned in my work with CADDA and in service to the region.”

CADDA congratulates Amy Anderson on this accomplishment and her continued commitment to leadership, service, and community development.
