SAVANNAH, Ga. – Coastal Area District Development Authority, Inc. (CADDA) is pleased to announce that Kelly Godfrey, a member of CADDA’s lending team, graduated from the Leadership Bryan County Class of 2026 on June 5, 2026.

Leadership Bryan County is a community leadership program designed to develop and connect current and emerging leaders while providing a deeper understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and resources within Bryan County. Through the program, participants engage with local leaders, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations to strengthen their knowledge of the region and their ability to serve the community.

“Kelly’s completion of Leadership Bryan County reflects her commitment to professional growth, community engagement, and CADDA’s mission of supporting small businesses and economic development throughout our region,” said Terrence T. Louk, CEO of CADDA. “We are proud of her accomplishment and excited to see her continue building relationships that support our borrowers, lending partners, and communities.”

As part of CADDA’s lending team, Godfrey works with small businesses, lenders, and community partners to help expand access to capital through CADDA’s loan programs, including the SBA 504 loan program and other economic development financing tools.

CADDA congratulates Kelly Godfrey and the entire Bryan County Class of 2026 on this achievement.
